Two-Step Dispute Resolution Process

Step 2 — Binding Arbitration: If the dispute cannot be resolved informally within 30 days, the dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.

Exception: Either party may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in court to prevent infringement of intellectual property rights.

13.4 Class Action Waiver
